But that's not all: a series of false reform, useful only to curb spending and cut her legs in public schools are promoting a creeping privatization of public education, while the reset of the debts that the state has accumulated in against schools that have had to advance money funding never arrived, is putting on his knees the entire school system, which has no liquid or any substitutes for the payment or to meet the minimum running costs.
